  • and/or your medical benefits do not include Physical Therapy Services                                                                             

 We are now pleased to offer you our prepaid program!!!

No plans availableOnce there are plans available for purchase, you’ll see them here.

All visits from all plans are transferable from location to location and are not time-limited. All Plans should be fully prepaid.  

*Medicaid Health Plans members are excluded.
