ABOUT
Neha Kotian, PT is a dedicated Physical Therapist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping individuals achieve their highest level of function, mobility, and overall well-being. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from D. Y. Patil School of Physiotherapy in Navi Mumbai, India, and further advanced her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Long Island University in New York.
Neha has gained valuable clinical experience in both India and the United States, treating patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. During her clinical training and professional practice, she worked across multiple specialty areas including orthopedic rehabilitation, neurorehabilitation, cardiopulmonary care, community physiotherapy, and post-surgical recovery. Her diverse experience allows her to develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.
Committed to evidence-based practice, Neha has completed advanced training in Kinesio Taping, Neurodynamic Solutions, Cupping Therapy, and emergency response certifications including BLS and ACLS. She combines therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, patient education, and personalized home exercise programs to help patients achieve lasting results.
Neha values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that trust, motivation, and education are key components of successful rehabilitation. She is guided by the philosophy, "If you fall seven times, get up eight—keep going," a mindset that inspires both her professional practice and personal life.
Outside of the clinic, Neha enjoys staying active through sports and has participated in baseball, softball, and basketball at competitive levels. She is also passionate about community service and volunteer work, reflecting her commitment to helping others both inside and outside the healthcare setting.
