Twinkle Mehta is a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who combines clinical expertise with a strong foundation in exercise science and movement rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences in India and further advanced her education with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology & Kinesiology from Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York.

Twinkle is a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach through NASM, allowing her to take a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to patient care. Her clinical experience spans orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation in both India and New York. She has worked with a diverse patient population, helping individuals recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and return to their daily activities with confidence.

Known for her patient-centered approach, Twinkle combines manual therapy, corrective exercise, therapeutic movement, and education to create individualized treatment plans adjusted to each patient's goals. Passionate about continuous learning, Twinkle stays current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy through ongoing professional development and clinical engagement.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and painting, bringing creativity, energy, and positivity to both her personal and professional life.
